We’re making attendance communication simpler for your family.

Starting October 1, Henrietta ISD will use a new text-based system to keep you informed about your child’s attendance — and to make it easy for you to reach us, too.

Here’s what to expect:

📩 You’ll receive a text message if your child is marked absent. These are the Attendance Pro numbers you can expect to receive messages from:

• HES: 940-301-6839

• HJH: 940-310-1306

• HHS: 940-784-8244

↩️ You can reply directly to explain the absence, ask a question, or let us know what’s going on.

📱 You can also proactively notify the school of an upcoming absence by texting your campus’s Attendance Pro number listed above.

📊 If absences are adding up, we’ll reach out early — because we’d rather help now than wait.
