Mrs. Deaton's Career Prep students had the opportunity to visit Clay County Meat Processing for an insightful lesson on the intricacies of meat processing and butchering. This family-owned and operated business, located in Henrietta, specializes in processing beef, sheep, and goat, and has earned a reputation for excellence in their craft. This is a well-established amazing summer camp opportunity for any students who have experienced loss (recent or years ago).
