Henrietta ISD is excited to announce that Clint Perkins has been named Principal of Henrietta High School for the 2026–2027 school year!
Henrietta High School holds a special place in Mr. Perkins’ heart. He began his administrative career at HHS as assistant principal in 2015, after teaching Biology and U.S. History from 2013–2015. This year marks his 26th year in education and 12th year in administration, with 8 of those years spent serving Henrietta ISD.
Mr. Perkins has a deep appreciation for the traditions, pride, and strong sense of community that make HHS such a special place. He is passionate about making a difference for students and looks forward to continuing the high standards and long-standing traditions that define Henrietta High School.
This year will be especially meaningful as he celebrates alongside his former HJH students — his first class of 8th graders, who are now entering their senior year.
Please join us in giving Mr. Perkins a big Bearcat welcome to HHS!

After serving Henrietta ISD in a different role for the past four years, Shannon Morgan has accepted a new position teaching Interpersonal Skills and Lifetime Nutrition & Wellness (Health) to all of our ninth-grade students while also coaching girls' athletics.
Working closely with students over the past several years confirmed what she already knew—her passion is helping young people grow, learn, and succeed. Mrs. Morgan is excited to build meaningful relationships with her students, encourage them to reach their goals, and help prepare them for success both in and out of the classroom.
Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Morgan on her new role and welcoming her to the HHS faculty!

With years of experience as educators, Bryan and Brandy are passionate about helping students grow, succeed, and reach their full potential in the classroom, in activities, and beyond. We are thrilled to have them join HISD and look forward to the positive impact they will make on our students and school community. Please help us give Bryan and Brandy a big Bearcat welcome!

HHS received Blue Ribbons for each evaluation.
Girls earning White Ribbons were nominated for All American.
HHS Cheer earned a spirit stick, stay safe award, and technical excellence award.
HHS Mascot earned Most Improved award.
Way to Go HHS Cheer!! It's going to be an awesome year!!
