We’ve received several phone calls about a comment community members misheard on the radio earlier today. Listeners thought “pray for Henrietta ISD” was said, which caused a great deal of concern. I want to assure you that is not what was said, and there is no cause for concern. I talked directly with the person that was live on the radio station. I appreciate the families who reached out to ensure everything was ok. It takes all of us to keep our schools safe, and I am grateful for our community’s continued support of HISD.
