GAME DAY!! Let's get a big crowd for the game tonight in Bowie. The Lady Cats defeated the Lady Rabbits in a game of 5 sets in an exciting game in the first round of district play! Come out and cheer them on!

The Lady Cats Volleyball team are so appreciative of a supportive parent group and community!

Huge congratulations to all of our Cross Country athletes on their amazing season, but it's not over just yet!
The boys team consisting of: Kayden Shaw, Wyatt Mayfield, Kaden Childs, Lawson Fleming, Spencer Sudol, Tristan Venegas, and Jace Talley - advanced as a whole placing 3rd out of 7 teams.
Kate Farnsworth placed 5th as an individual and will advance to Regionals and she set a PR for herself.
Carlie Mayfield, Ruby Truette, Maddy Logan and Payton DeMoss also ran really well and helped the team earn 4th place (just 4 pts shy of advancing as a whole).
Please congratulate these athletes when you see them and remind them to keep working hard to earn their spot to State!
Regional meet is October 20th. Kate runs l 9:00am and the boys will follow.

Congratulations to our HJH CROSS COUNTRY team on their fantastic season! Each athlete continued to knock off time at each meet and they had impressive times at district today!

Way to go JV Gold Lady Cats! Defeated Iowa Park at home tonight!

It's always a great day when you can celebrate the accomplishments of two seniors. The All Sports Club presented two milestone banners tonight. Taylee Powell achieved the milestone of 100 Aces for her high school volleyball career. Lyndee Brown achieved the milestone of 2000 Assists for her high school volleyball career. We are so proud of their accomplishments and hard work!


The second round of district starts tomorrow with the Lady Cats hosting Iowa Park. Let's get a big crowd to cheer them on!

HJH cross country competed in Midway this hot afternoon. These hard working boys continue to improve and work hard!
Keller Martin came in 1st place out of the entire 7th grade boys and 3rd overall!
Hutson Fluharty came in 20th out of 140 boys! Super proud of all of these boys hard work.

Your HS Cross Country athletes competed in Lubbock over the weekend in the Mae Simmons Invitational. Our athletes put up a good fight. Kate Farnsworth came in 6th place out of 159 athletes. Kayden Shaw also ran very well and came in 26th out of 151 athletes. Both teams compete at the District meet in Burkburnett Monday- girls start @ 8:30am and boys will follow. All of these athletes would appreciate H-Town support as they work towards Regionals!
