2007-2008 Service Projects
NHS sponsored 10 children from the county Angel Tree in December and made Christmas a little brighter with several gifts for each child.
We also sponsored a school-wide supply drive for the Clay County Animal Shelter in January, with over 60 items of food, medical supplies, blankets, and cleaning needs being donated. NHS members also raised over $100 from a bake sale as a monetary donation to the shelter.
In February, NHS members made fruit baskets and Valentine cards for the residents at the Henrietta Care Center, and in March, several members will assist in the county-wide Easter Egg Hunt.
