High School Registration Form
Please fill in the fields on the form below. Once completed you will have to print the form. You are welcome to do this in advance and bring it with you to registration on Thursday, August 16, 2012. If you do not have access to a printer we will have a computer lab for your use at registration.
New students need to bring a copy of your birth certificate and social security number.
All students who will be parking on the school's parking lot must have proof of insurance and driver's license in order to get a parking sticker.
