PAWSitive Choices Program
HES is proud of its school-wide positive behavior support program. Our theme is “PAWSitive Choices”. Within this system, the students are expected to follow school-wide rules and expectations. These rules are posted throughout the school. Students are given tickets for following these rules, as positive reinforcements for their good behavior.
Each week, all students who have received tickets are entered into a drawing. One winner from each homeroom is drawn on Friday mornings and allowed to choose from several rewards in appreciation for their positive leadership.
Please join us in positively reinforcing your child’s good behavior at home. Positive reinforcements may include: praise, extra one-on-one time with you, or other incentives. As always, thank you for your continued support.
