ANNUAL NOTICE
To: Legal Guardians, Employee, Teacher, and Parent Organizations
This notice is pursuant to the requirements of Section 763.84 and
Section 763.93 of the EPA Asbestos in Schools Regulation (40 CFR
Part 763), as to the availability of the Asbestos Containing
Building Materials Management plan for the Local Education Agency
(LEA) of Henrietta Independent School District. The management plan
is available at the administration building located at, 1801 East
Crafton, Henrietta, Texas. The management plan is available for
review during normal operation hours.
