Online Lunch Application Walkthrough

You may access your school online application at myschoolapps.com

Enter your school district or state. You may also find a direct link on the school homepage. www.henrietta-isd.net

Due to privacy and security laws, you must complete the application in one sitting. If you click quit the application, you will have to start the application process from the beginning each time. 

Click begin the application process

Click on the terms of use. Once you have read them click the box “I have read and agree to the above terms”.

Enter the name of the person who is filling out the application.

Any field that has a red bar is a required field.

For anyone who receives SNAP benefits, click that option and enter your case number. If you do not know your case number, there is a website on the right-hand side that can help you.

If you do not receive any benefits, select that option.

Complete the household information save and continue.

Click add student

If that specific student receives any type of benefits, this is where you will provide that information.

Click add student if you have more than one child attending school. Once you have entered each student’s information click done adding students.

The person filling out the application will need to enter his/her last four numbers of their social security number.

Add any income that the person filling out the application might receive. You may have multiple incomes if need be. Be sure to select the correct frequency. Once you have completed this section, click done entering income.

If you have anyone else in the household receiving an income click add household member and enter his or her information. Do this for everyone receiving an income that wasn't listed in the student section.

Click done adding household members.

Enter the contact information.

Once you have reviewed all the information you have entered is correct, click the certify box and sign your full name in the signature box.

Click submit my application.

You will have the option to print the application if you wish.

You will not receive the results of your application after you submit it. Once the application process is complete, you will receive a letter in the mail stating the results.

Click to end the session.
